50% deposit within 7 days of booking. Balance 60 days from start day of booking. 25% of booking fee refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to booking.
Cancellation within 60 day period is non refundable however client has one year from booking date to rebook.

Travel insurance should cover all non- refundable prepaid travel expenses.
