Arriving at the villa you are greeted by a stunning purpleheart wood and iron decorative gate and tropical gardens. On passing through the gates, you’ll find yourself at the grand entrance of this 2-story villa which is perfectly suited for couples, family reunions, wedding and receptions.
Coconut Grove Villa offers 5,400 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space, perfect for weddings, reunions, and gatherings. The Great Room features a cathedral ceiling and breathtaking Caribbean views, leading to a modern gourmet kitchen with seating for 10.
Outdoors, enjoy a large freshwater pool with submerged seating, a hot tub, and a tanning area surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The alfresco bar includes a fridge, sink, and BBQ, ideal for entertaining.
The villa has 5 equal-sized king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, A/C, smart TVs, mini fridges, safes, and private balconies with ocean views. Linen, towels, and beach essentials are provided.
Located steps from a snorkeling beach, guests can also enjoy Leverick Bay Resort & Marina’s amenities, just a 5-minute stroll away. Explore The Baths, Gorda Peak National Park, or sail to secluded beaches.

Additional guests $50 per person per night, up to 14 guests maximum.

To make a reservation: a 50% deposit is required and must be received in 14 days. The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations occurring 61 days or more prior to date of arrival, have a 20% cancellation fee; cancellations 46-60 days prior to arrival have a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations 45 days or less prior to date of arrival have no refund.
If your cancelled dates can be re-booked, then there would an 80% refund. Sorry, but there can be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.
We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance in the event that you may need to cancel your trip. Travel Insurance should cover all non-refundable prepaid travel expenses
