Our mission is to provide seamless property and rental management, ensuring clients are well-informed, advised, and supported in our role as their Island representative.
Chris first arrived in the BVI from England in 1982 and spent a number of years managing, and then co-owning, Cooper Island Beach Club (CIBC). Following the sale of CIBC, Chris was appointed General Manager of Valley Trunk Estate on Virgin Gorda, a luxury vacation villa rental with a UHNW clientelle.
Chris’s passion for property, consultancy, and high-end delivery led to the launch of Cocoplum Management Services which Chris founded, together with his wife Morgana, in 2020. Since that time, they have taken on the operational, financial and strategic management of some of the BVI’s most prestigious homes.
Chris and Morgana are a formidable team who have extensive knowledge and a proven track record in luxury villa management and revenue generation. Married for over twenty years, they have travelled extensively, and both agree that there is nowhere they would rather call home than the British Virgin Islands.
Originally from the Island of St. Lucia Morgana has been a resident of the British Virgin Islands for 25+ years. During this time Morgana has worked with global real estate brands to deliver property management and bespoke concierge and guest services. Her reputation for discretion and professionalism is highly regarded in the BVI and she has the trust of all who know her.
Morgana’s global perspective has been shaped by extensive travels with her husband and partner in business Chris. Having immersed herself in communities across multiple continents her insights into cultural and social diversity enable Morgana to tailor and curate guest experiences that truly transform and inspire.
Beyond her professional achievements, Morgana possesses a discerning eye for interior decorating, elevating living spaces into inviting retreats. Her passion for design is reflected in the properties in her portfolio which exude a welcoming warmth and charm.
Committed to community engagement, Morgana serves as the BVI coordinator for the Buddy Ambassadors program on Virgin Gorda, where she enthusiastically fosters connections and reads to children on a regular basis.
