Holiday season (Dec 17-Jan 8) $2,500 per night, minimum 10 nights
High season (Jan 9-April 30) $11,500 per week, $1640 per night

Concierge service provided, maid service provided every second day.
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.
We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance in the event that you may need to cancel your trip. Travel Insurance should cover all non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
